Return Policy

Books and Printed Material 

We accept returns of new and unused books that are requested within 5 days of receiving shipment based on tracking. Return of the package and quality of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be applied to flashcard or digital subscriptions or to those products that are received back in any other condition other than "like new". Contact us via the Support tab on our webpage or at PocketPimped@gmail.com to submit a return request. A re-stocking fee of $5 applies to all returned items. 

Once the package has shipped from our facility it is the responsibility of the customer. To add insurance for delivery please select a shipping option that includes insurance (Priority Mail, etc.) Pocket Pimped is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

Flashcards and Digital Products 

By purchasing a Pocket Pimped digital subscription or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Failure to use the service
    • Accidental purchases
    • Dissatisfaction with the content
    • Cancellation after a renewal payment has been processed
    • Inability to complete the subscription term

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Pocket Pimped to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for future renewal periods.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current subscription period.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Pocket Pimped Flashcards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and the automatic renewal terms described herein.
